Select The Year Of Your Vehicle Below

When it was first released, the Lincoln MKZ was called the Zephyr. This wasn’t the first time the Lincoln brand had used the name, as its pre-World War II luxury car was also called the Lincoln Zephyr. The original Zephyr would go on to become the basis for Lincoln’s longest-running nameplate, the Continental. After the new Zephyr’s first year, it was renamed to the MKZ. During its two-generation production run, it was a relatively successful midsize luxury car that rivaled the likes of the Audi A4, Lexus ES, and Acura TLX. At its peak, the MKZ sold over 34,000 units in the US for a given year.

The Lincoln Zephyr was offered in both a traditional gasoline powertrain and a hybrid. It was initially equipped with Ford’s Duratec engine, and then with the EcoBoost engine on second-generation models. For its final model year, the 2020 Lincoln Zephyr was offered in three engine configurations: a base 245-hp turbo I4, a 350-hp twin-turbo V6, and a 188-hp hybrid I4. A six-speed automatic transmission was standard for gas-powered models, while the hybrid had a CVT.
