Returns Policy

We want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a part, please review the following guidelines:

  • Contact Us First – Before returning any item, please contact us to arrange the return.
  • Include Your Invoice – A copy of the original invoice must be included with the return.
  • Restocking Fee – A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned parts.
  • Condition of Returned Parts:
    • Parts must be resaleable and in their original packaging.
    • We cannot accept returns for:
      • Used parts
      • Installed or tested parts
      • Electrical parts
  • Return Requests – Must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • VIN Requirement – If a VIN was not provided to verify fitment, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
  • Vintage & Obsolete Parts – Items marked as VINTAGE or OBSOLETE are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • We reserve the right to deny a return if we determine that a part has been installed, used, or does not meet the above conditions.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled before they have shipped. Once an order has left our facility, it can no longer be canceled.
  • If a canceled part was special ordered from the manufacturer, a 15% return fee may apply.
