Returns Policy
We want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a part, please review the following guidelines:
- Contact Us First – Before returning any item, please contact us to arrange the return.
- Include Your Invoice – A copy of the original invoice must be included with the return.
- Restocking Fee – A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned parts.
- Condition of Returned Parts:
- Parts must be resaleable and in their original packaging.
- We cannot accept returns for:
- Used parts
- Installed or tested parts
- Electrical parts
- Return Requests – Must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
- VIN Requirement – If a VIN was not provided to verify fitment, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
- Vintage & Obsolete Parts – Items marked as VINTAGE or OBSOLETE are final sale and cannot be returned.
- We reserve the right to deny a return if we determine that a part has been installed, used, or does not meet the above conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be canceled before they have shipped. Once an order has left our facility, it can no longer be canceled.
- If a canceled part was special ordered from the manufacturer, a 15% return fee may apply.
